Two-component water-based polyurethane paint

Design Purpose:

Used as an anti-corrosion topcoat, suitable for products requiring extremely high decorative effects or higher anti-corrosion requirements.

Primarily used for metal coatings with long service life or high salt spray resistance requirements.

Such as bicycles, electric vehicles, trucks, agricultural vehicles, engineering machinery, and mechanical parts coating.

Product Features:

High gloss film, excellent distinctness of image, and high fullness;

Excellent weather resistance; excellent adhesion;

Excellent mechanical properties;

Outstanding resistance to water, oil, solvents, and saline water, with high salt spray resistance;

Low VOC emissions.

Precautions:

The mixed two components have a certain pot life; please use within the pot life;

Not recommended for use when the relative humidity of the environment exceeds 85%;

When the ambient temperature is below 5°C, it is advisable to apply a small area first and inspect the film condition before proceeding with batch use after confirmation.
